The goal of this project was to take an existing design that I thought needed an upgrade and creating something more attractive. I choose a book that I have had in my collection for sometime.  I felt that the book was potentially over looked becauseof its dated cover.  After reading Haunted Houses USA I also felt that the cover was not an accurate depiction of the stories it told within. 
To achieve my design I incorporated photographs that the authors took and were displayed in the center of the book.
